Cinnamon has been used for its anti-inflammatory, anti-diabetic, anti-microbial, and antioxidant properties. The cinnamon bark can be used in infusion as an anti-inflammatory that enhances the immune system. It has been found to assist with blood sugar regulation, cardiovascular health, as well as with inflammation. Some of the other uses include fighting infections and reducing pain.
